Q1 - WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ECHANGE POLICY?

All purchases made through QISZAR are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

You may Exchanged the item(s) at our physical stores within (4) days of purchase in our store. Returns are not accepted for sales item and cash refunds are not allowed. If the price of exchanged item(s) is lower, the different will not be refunded.
